Clear aligners were previously just for minor cosmetic cases, but orthodontics has come a long way in the past 20 years. Dentists now offer both cosmetic and comprehensive adult braces that can resolve many bite issues. These clear braces are plastic appliances that you wear for 22 hours a day. Using gentle pressure, your aligners push your teeth into new positions. You will wear each tray for approximately one to two weeks before moving to the next set of trays. With good compliance, most of our cases finish in 4 to 12 months.
